Dr A.P. Thomas is the Director of Advanced Centre for Environmental Sciences and Sustainable Development (ACESSD) at Mahatma Gandhi University at Kottayam. He served as the professor and head of School of Environmental Sciences of Mahatma Gandhi University and as a faculty member of CMS College, Kottayam. He is an acclaimed respectful teacher among the community.
Dr Samuel is the head of Division of Animal Taxonomy studies at TIES. He is the formal head of Department of Zoology in CMS College, Kottayam. As an expert on odonates, he is renowned for his wild explorations in search of new dragonfly and damselfly species.

He is an expert in rodent control and eco-friendly pest management practices, waste management, pollution studies and biodiversity conservation studies etc. He is actively involved in several community level conservation programmes.

Ms Paul is former faculty member of Department of Medical Microbiology, School of Medical Education, Mahatma Gandhi University. She is also a Research Fellow at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Biotechnology, Thuruvanathapuram.
He is a passionate farmer and expert in mushroom farming techniques. He is known for the unique farming techniques he has developed by himself. Professionally he is an electric contractor; hence doing novel experiments in popularising alternate forms of energy.
