The final year B. Tech Civil Engineering students at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT), Government Engineering College, Pampady, received training. A group of 70 students actively participated in hands-on training focused on the analysis of total coliforms (TCC) in water samples. The training commenced with an initial theoretical session that emphasized the significance of water quality analysis, the parameters to be examined, and an introduction to the Most Probable Number (MPN) analysis of water, complemented by a practical demonstration. Dr. Punnen Kurian and Neethu Nair M N conducted the session. This initiative is a result of the academic and research collaboration between TIES and RIT.
