As part of the Paaristhithikam project, supported by DoECC, on developing a disaster management plan for the Manimala River, TIES conducted a participatory rural appraisal programme at Kadapra Grama Panchayat. The meeting was attended by 17 persons from the locality including a ward member and the CDS chairperson. The meeting was conducted at KVVUPS, Valanjavattom, Thiruvalla.
