A community survey has begun at the Manimala River watershed area by trained school students. Students from NSS Higher Secondary School, Vayipur in Pathanamthitta district collected data from the sub-watersheds of the Pathanamthitta district, and students from Devsaom Board HSS, Kavumbhagom collected data from the sub-watersheds of Alappuzha District.
