As part of the Paaristhithikam project, supported by DoECC, on developing a disaster management plan for the Manimala River, TIES conducted a training session for selected students and teachers at Devaswom Board Higher Secondary School, Kavumbhagam, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district. Students were trained to conduct a community survey inorder to use the data for developing disaster management plans.
