Mar Dionysius College, Pazhanji, affiliated to the University of Calicut, Kerala, was established in 1982. Located in the rural surroundings of Pazhanji, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District, the College was founded with a vision of providing quality higher education and contributing to the educational and social development of the rural community.

On 7th August 2026, the institution formally declared its Green Audit in compliance with the following ISO Standards: 14001:2015, 50001:2018, 46001:2019, 14046:2014, and 14067:2018 / 14064:2018.
